007 First Light Trophy Guide - All 38 Trophies and Achievements

All Trophies and Achievements Overview

I spent about 30 hours getting all 38 trophies in 007 First Light and bagged the platinum. Honestly the trophy difficulty isn't insane, but a few of them really gave me a headache. The trophies break down into a few categories: story ones (you get these just by playing), collectible ones (find everything), combat ones (various kill methods), and stealth ones (Silent Assassin ratings and such). If you've played the Hitman series before, this should feel familiar — the core logic is similar. My recommended route: first playthrough, just enjoy the story and grab collectibles along the way; second playthrough, specifically grind for Silent Assassin ratings and any trophies you missed. This is the most time-efficient approach. Don't try to get everything in one run — that's exhausting and you'll end up missing stuff anyway.

Plan your trophy route before you start grinding — I didn't and wasted several extra hours
Most trophies can be earned on any difficulty, no need to crank it to max

Story-Related Trophies

Story-related trophies are basically free — you unlock them automatically just by playing through the main campaign. They include chapter completion trophies, key story milestone trophies, and the game completion trophy. But! A few story trophies have conditions — like choosing the right dialogue options or completing optional objectives within a time limit. I missed one on my first run because I didn't pay attention to the time constraint... The good news is you can use chapter select to go back and get them without affecting your main save. My advice: don't rush through your first playthrough. Pay attention to side objectives and dialogue options — it'll save you a lot of backtracking later.

Finish the main story first, then worry about other trophies — gives you a clear picture
Missed story trophies? Just use chapter select to go back, no worries

Collectible and Completion Trophies

Collectible trophies are the most time-consuming part in my opinion. There are five types of collectibles: Cards, Intel, Legacy items, Mementos, and Postcards. 92 collectibles total spread across 17 chapters — some are sitting right out in the open, others are hidden in absurd places. I spent two full hours looking for one Legacy item in the Slovakia hotel, only to find it in a corner of a room I'd never even entered. Finding all collectibles in a chapter gets you a chapter trophy, and collecting everything unlocks a big perfectionist trophy. The pause menu has a collectible tracker — I recommend checking it frequently, because realizing you missed a few at the very end is soul-crushing. Q Lab also has special collectibles, so don't forget to look around there after each mission.

Check the collectible tracker in the pause menu regularly — don't wait until the end to find out you missed stuff
Some collectibles need specific gadgets to reach, remember to upgrade at Q Lab

Combat and Stealth Trophies

Combat and stealth trophies are where the real skill test lives. The Silent Assassin rating trophy is the hardest — requires completing an entire chapter with zero alerts, zero non-target kills, and zero camera detections. I replayed the Iceland chapter at least eight times going for SA... once I was literally at the last minute when a patrolling guard spotted me. That frustration is seared into my memory. The other combat trophies are more straightforward: multi-kills, specific weapon eliminations, pure melee sections, and so on. Pro tip: before attempting any stealth trophy, use instinct mode to memorize the entire map layout first. Knowing every guard position and patrol route saves so much headache. And if you get spotted, don't try to salvage it — just reload, it's faster.

Silent Assassin requirements: zero alerts, no civilian kills, no camera detection — break any one and it's over
Use instinct mode to learn the map before attempting stealth trophies, don't just rush in blind like I did

Platinum Roadmap and Missable Trophies

A few trophies are missable — mainly specific dialogue choices, optional interactions, and certain target elimination methods. I've listed all the easy-to-miss ones here, just follow along. If you want maximum efficiency, here's my recommended route: first playthrough on Operative difficulty, push through the story + grab as many collectibles as you can → second playthrough, go chapter by chapter for SA ratings + mop up missed trophies. This keeps your total time around 30 hours, no problem. The "Licensed to Kill" platinum trophy unlocks automatically once you've gotten all other trophies, so don't stress about it — just knock them out one by one. Oh, and if you're not sure whether you missed anything, you can always check your trophy list to compare.

Play through the story on Operative first, then focus on trophy grinding — way more efficient
