007 First Light Trophies
38 trophies • 16 Bronze, 15 Silver, 6 Gold, 1 Platinum
This trophy guide is based on direct analysis of gameplay footage from 007 First Light, capturing the actual trophy popups as they appear in-game. The game contains 38 total trophies: 1 platinum, a confirmed 18 story trophies (visible on the in-game title card), plus combat, stealth, collectible, and mastery challenges.
Nearly every trophy name references a James Bond film title, song, or classic line — From Russia with Love becomes "From Malta with love," Goldfinger gets a shoutout, and the platinum is the iconic "The name's Bond. James Bond." Expect a 30–40 hour platinum with a guide, 45–55 hours going in blind.

"The name's Bond. James Bond"
Earn all other trophies to unlock the platinum. In gameplay footage, this trophy pops during the "Locate Moneypenny" objective in M's office under the "LICENCE TO KILL" chapter heading — marking Bond's formal elevation to 00 status. It's the culmination of every story beat, collectible, and challenge.
Trophy Roadmap & Tips
1First Playthrough — Enjoy the Story (15–20 hours)
Play on Operative (normal) difficulty and just enjoy the story. Grab collectibles as you naturally encounter them — use Instinct mode frequently to highlight nearby items (gold/green glow). Don't worry about Silent Assassin ratings or combat challenges on your first run. You unlock Chapter Select after completing the story, so nothing is permanently missable. The 18 story trophies will all pop automatically as you progress.
2Collectible Cleanup (5–8 hours)
Use Chapter Select to go back and collect any missing items. Check the pause menu collectible tracker per chapter to see what you're missing. There are 5 collectible types: Cards (most common), Intel (safes/locked rooms), Legacy items (MI6 history, hardest to find), Mementos (character backstories), and Postcards (scenic spots). Don't forget Q Lab collectibles — visit after every chapter as new areas open up.
3Silent Assassin & Combat Trophies (5–8 hours)
The gold "Silent Assassin" trophy is the hardest — zero alerts, zero non-target kills, zero camera detections for an entire chapter. Start with Chapter 1 (Iceland/Malta) for your first SA since it's the shortest with the fewest guards. Memorize patrol routes with Instinct first, then plan your route. Save frequently. For combat trophies, use Focus Mode chains in combat-heavy chapters (hotel, Antarctica).
400 Agent Difficulty Run (8–12 hours)
Replay on 00 Agent (hard) difficulty. By now you know the layouts, which makes this much easier than a first-run-hard playthrough. Focus on stealth, use all your upgraded gadgets, and don't be afraid to take it slow. You can also mop up any remaining combat/gadget trophies during this run.
Pro Tips You Won't Find Elsewhere
Instinct mode (gold/green glow) highlights collectibles AND enemies through walls — spam it constantly when exploring.
The main menu shows "TACTICAL SIMULATIONS" as a separate mode — these unlock after story progress and have their own trophies.
Q Lab visits are NOT optional for platinum — new areas and collectibles open after EVERY chapter, including upgrade items tied to trophies.
The "CUSTOMISATION" option in the menu lets you buy suits with earned IP — there is a trophy tied to purchasing all outfits.
Chapter Select preserves your collectible progress across playthroughs — no need to collect everything in one run.
Focus Mode chains are the key to combat trophies — land a headshot to trigger slow-mo, then chain more headshots before it expires.
Trophy names are all Bond film references — if you recognize the title, you can often guess the challenge (e.g., "GoldenEye" = shooting/precision).
The game uses a chapter rating system (Silent Assassin → Shadow → Professional → Action) — SA gives the highest IP bonuses for upgrades.
