007 First Light Silent Assassin Guide - How to Get SA on Every Chapter
Achieve Silent Assassin on every chapter in 007 First Light with our detailed strategies, routes, and tips for each mission.

Silent Assassin Requirements
Silent Assassin. The holy grail rating in IOI games and 007 First Light is no different. I've now gotten SA on all 17 chapters (after WAY too many attempts on some of them) so let me break down what actually matters. The rules are strict but fair: **No alerts** — This means the alert meter can't fill up completely. You CAN get guards suspicious — they can get that yellow "hmm something's off" indicator — as long as they don't go full red "ENEMY SPOTTED." Learn where that line is. **No non-target kills** — Only the mission target(s) can die. Everyone else gets knocked out or avoided entirely. Accidental kills count against you too, so watch out for environmental hazards that might kill civilians. **No camera detection** — Security cameras spotting you = no SA. Even for a second. Disable them with your laser/EMP or avoid their line of sight. Period. **No blown disguises** — If someone sees through your disguise, that's it. SA gone. Enforcer NPCs (marked in red when using instinct) will see through specific disguises. Learn who they are and stay away. **Body discovery** — This one tripped me up SO many times. Unconscious bodies that get found count against you. Always, ALWAYS hide bodies in containers. Lockers, dumpsters, closets, crates — doesn't matter what, just get them out of sight. It sounds like a lot when you list it all out like this but once you get into the rhythm it becomes second nature. The hardest part is patience. SA is not about being fast, it's about being clean.
Iceland and Malta Silent Assassin
**Iceland** — Honestly the easiest SA in the game, which makes sense since it's basically the tutorial chapter. Here's my clean route: Start outside, grab a bottle from the nearby area, throw it to lure one guard away from his buddy. Take them out one at a time, hide bodies in the bushes. Get inside, find the maintenance room, grab the maintenance disguise. This disguise is golden — most areas won't give you trouble with it. For the actual target elimination: don't shoot him. Sabotage the lab equipment he inspects. It counts as an accident, which means no body found, no kill attributed to you, nothing. Cleanest possible takedown. I felt so clever when I figured this out on my first SA run here. **Malta** — Step up in difficulty. Bigger map, more guards, more ways to get made. My recommended approach: Get the training instructor disguise early — it opens up most of the facility without issues. Your target has a routine where he goes to his office alone at specific times. Wait for that window, follow him in, take him out quietly. The key here is AVOIDING the security room entirely. Those cameras are a nightmare and there's no easy way past them without raising suspicion. Just... go around. Take the long way. SA isn't about speed. Both of these chapters rewarded me for slowing down and observing patrol patterns before making any moves. Rushing = getting caught = restarting. Every time.
London and Slovakia Silent Assassin
**London Nightclub** — This one's all about social stealth. Pure Hitman vibes. Start by getting the bartender disguise (kitchen entrance, knock out a bartender, take their outfit). This gets you access to the main floor and VIP area without issues. For the restricted zones, switch to a security disguise — there's a guard you can take out in the back hallway near the bathrooms. My favorite method for the target: poison their drink at the bar. It looks like an accidental death (alcohol-related incident), nobody suspects a thing, and you just walk out. Super satisfying. The only real danger zone is backstage near the dressing rooms — there's an enforcer NPC who can see through the security disguise. Give that area a wide berth. **Slovakia Hotel** — Ugh. THIS one gave me the most trouble. Dense NPC population, multiple floors, SO many opportunities for something to go wrong. Bellhop disguise is your best friend here. Gets you floor access everywhere. Switch to chef disguise when you need kitchen/service areas. The target has a penthouse suite and if you time it right, you can catch him alone on the balcony. Environmental kill over the railing = accident = clean SA. The hard part is just GETTING to that point without being spotted by one of the billion guests or staff members wandering around. Hide bodies in hotel room closets (there are tons of them) and for the love of everything, don't leave unconscious people in the hallways. Hotel staff WILL find them. I learned this the frustrating way after probably 5 failed runs.
Final Chapters Silent Assassin
**Tactical Simulation (TacSim)** — This one's weird because it mixes timed objectives with stealth requirements. You can't just take your sweet time like other chapters. My strategy: upgraded gadgets are basically mandatory here. The proximity trigger pen explosive (from Q Lab) is INSANELY good for this chapter — plant it near a guard patrol route, move on to your objective, and the pen handles itself. Free elimination while you're doing other stuff. I honestly don't think I would've gotten SA here without that upgrade. Complete each phase fast but clean. Don't rush into stupid mistakes, but also don't linger. There's a balance to strike. **Final Chapter** — The big one. Combat sections mixed with stealth mixed with a timed finale. This is where everything you've learned gets tested. For the unavoidable combat parts: suppressed assault rifle (if you have it) or just the PPK with suppressor. Headshots only, keep moving, use cover. Don't try to be a hero — survive and advance. Stealth phases: dart gun is your best friend. Non-lethal, silent, reliable. Save lethal options for targets only. The Bawma fight in For England... okay so you CAN do this stealthy but it requires using the environment rather than going toe-to-toe. I won't spoil exactly how because figuring it out was genuinely rewarding, but look around the arena. There are options that don't involve a straight firefight. Getting SA on every chapter took me probably 25-30 hours total across all my attempts. But seeing that "Silent Assassin" rating pop up on the final chapter? Worth every restart. 100%.
